1. Acceptance of terms
By using the eightyfournow.com website or the consulting services offered by EightyFourNow, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of services
EightyFourNow offers IT consulting and custom software development services for companies and professionals. For the terms governing the Hearofy — Life Memos app and its Hearofy Pro subscription, now distributed on its own dedicated domain, see hearofy.io/en/terms.
3. Intellectual property
All content, source code, trademarks, and logos related to EightyFourNow are the exclusive property of the Controller, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
4. Limitation of liability
The services are provided "as-is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, EightyFourNow does not guarantee the services will be error- or interruption-free, and is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of its products or services.
5. Consulting services
Consulting and custom development projects are governed by a specific quote and/or agreement agreed with the client before work begins. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available upon request. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of commissioned code is transferred to the client upon full payment of the agreed fee.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the Controller's domicile in Spain shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers under EU law.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website with reasonable notice before they take effect.
